JSMHM featured Strictly-Strings Band and the high stepping World Champion Green Grass Cloggers. The Strictly_Strings Band is the talent from a very sucessful music program at the Jones House in Boone NC. Strictly Strings is a five member band multi-instrumentalist, Cecil Gurganus is their mentor, sisters Anissa and Kathleen Burnett, Caleb Coatney and Willow Dillon. JSMHM host Rodney Sutton has been a menber of the world Champion Green Grass Cloggers since 1972.
